Bartron, Inc. was established in July of 1989 as a manufacturers’ representative firm serving companies that supply equipment and consumable solutions to the electronics assembly and related production industries.
The goal of the company is to help customers solve process and manufacturing challenges by pairing territory knowledge with the technical strength of its supplier partnerships across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Western Pennsylvania. Bartron supports customers of every size, from global assemblers to smaller regional operations, giving the team a practical perspective on the markets it serves.

Nick Papp
Partner, Account Manager
Northern Indiana, Northern Ohio, Western PA
Nick joined Bartron in 2015 after serving in the Marine Corps as an Operational Meteorologist. He became a partner in 2022 and assumed the role of President in January 2026, leading Bartron’s sales and support efforts across Northern Ohio, Northern Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania.

Matt joined Bartron in 2016 with more than 15 years of electronics-industry experience, including process engineering, SMTA certification, and IPC training. He became a partner in 2022 and Executive Vice President in January 2026.
Bob Papp

Michigan
Bob joined Bartron in 2000 as a partner and account manager after a decade with REStronics Midwest. He took over as President in 2010 and now serves as COO while continuing to support Michigan customers.
